Terms of Service

Plain English up front: ListLess helps you draft and publish eBay listings faster so you sell more. You stay in control of your eBay account, you review everything before it goes live, you can cancel in one click, and we do not sell your data. The rest of this page is that promise in longer sentences.

1. Who we are

ListLess (getlistless.com) is operated by Matt Bakhoum, a sole proprietor based in Pennsylvania, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting your eBay account, you agree to these terms.

2. What the service does

ListLess turns photos of your items into draft eBay listings: an AI writes the title, description, and condition notes, real sold-price data suggests a price where available, and you can publish the finished listing to your own eBay account. It is a tool that works on your behalf; the listings are yours.

3. Your eBay account

You connect eBay through eBay's own sign-in (OAuth). We never see your eBay password.
You grant us permission to create inventory, listings, and seller policies on your behalf. We only act when you take an explicit action in the app, like pressing Publish.
You can revoke our access at any time in your eBay account settings, which immediately stops us from acting on your account.
Your listings must comply with eBay's policies and applicable law. You are the seller of record; we are not a party to your sales.

4. AI-generated content

Drafts are generated by AI from your photos and notes. AI makes mistakes: it can misread a model number, miss a defect, or suggest a price that is off. Review every listing before you publish it. Prices shown are estimates or market comparisons, not guarantees of what an item will sell for. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish.

5. Plans, trials, and billing

The free trial runs 14 days and includes 20 drafted listings. A card is required to start it; your paid plan begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Paid plans are Studio (250 drafted listings per month) and Power (1,000 per month, or unlimited when you supply your own model API key). Monthly and annual billing are available; annual is two months cheaper.
Plans renew automatically. You can cancel, switch plans, or update your card anytime through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
If something went wrong and you think you deserve a refund, email us; we are a small shop and we are reasonable.
If we change prices, existing subscribers get at least 30 days notice before the new price applies to them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no sharing or reselling access, no automated scraping of the app, no attempting to bypass usage limits, and no using it to list items that are illegal or prohibited on eBay. We enforce rate limits and may suspend accounts that attack the service or generate abusive load.

7. Your content

Your photos and listing content remain yours. You give us the limited license we need to store and process them to provide the service (for example, sending a photo to an AI model to draft your listing). We do not use your photos or listings for anything else.

8. Availability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. We aim for reliability but do not promise uninterrupted service; a dependency (eBay, our AI providers, payment processing) can have an outage we do not control. Your drafts are stored server-side and are not lost when the service is briefly down.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the outcome of your eBay sales.

10. Termination

You can stop using ListLess and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we cut off access and delete your stored eBay credentials; see the privacy policy for data retention details.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will post the new terms here and note the new effective date; continued use after that date is acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel and stop using the service.
